PROTEUS AMBASSADOR PROGRAM
You’re a pioneer. Let’s make it official.
We are officially opening up applications for our next cohort of Ambassadors + Affiliates! With exclusive perks and the potential for sales commission, you won’t want to miss this. Are you ready to join us?
The program tiers are outlined as follows:
TIER 1: Become a Proteus Certified Trainer – ongoing
It is easier than ever to become a Proteus Certified Trainer. All you have to do is:
- Be a trainer at a facility with access to a Proteus
- Complete the full Proteus Certification Course
Upon completing the certification course, you will be able to:
- Gain access to our exclusive community platform
- Claim CEUs
- Add Proteus Certified Trainer to your bio
This is the largest, introductory tier of the program. You do not need to submit an application to be a part of it. All tiers from here on are selected via an application process.
TIER 2: The Ambassador Tier – applications open NOW
The Ambassador Tier is for activated trainers who want to dive deeper into the world of Proteus. We are looking for dedicated Proteus champions who seek to enhance their knowledge, network with other trainers, and grow alongside our brand.
What do you get for joining the program?
By joining, you will receive:
- Your site + name listed on the “Find a Proteus” map
- Access to a private community group, exclusive events, and webinars
- Ability to beta-test new features and offerings before anyone else
- Eligibility to apply to be an Affiliate
How do you join?
To be eligible to join, you must:
- Be a Proteus Certified Trainer (see requirements above)
- Feature Proteus on your website
- Have an account on our Proteus Community Platform. Create one here if you do not already.
- Complete 25 Insights Performance Tests and 10 Group Tests (tests must be performed with your account logged in as the admin)
- Submit a video of you analyzing the results of one of your athlete’s Insights & Recommendations reports. Note: your analysis MUST cover the Insights and Recommendations tab of the Results Section. We want to see how well you interpret the feature. Desired length: 2-3 minutes.
Once you have completed the above, please submit your application below. We will be notifying all trainers who have been selected for the program in March.
The deadline to submit is 11:59pm on March 12th, 2024.
TIER 3: The Affiliate Tier – applications opening in March
The Affiliate Tier is our most competitive level. Proteus Affiliates will have the exclusive opportunity to receive sales referral fees and commission. They will be looked at as an extension of our Proteus Sales Network.
Note: only current Ambassadors are invited to apply. If you are interested in becoming an Affiliate and are not currently an Ambassador, please complete the Ambassador program application in February/March.
We are looking for trainers who:
- Exhibit mastery of Proteus and all its features
- Are Proteus champions within their facility and community
- Consistently push the boundary of what Proteus can offer their clientele (Innovators)
- Display an entrepreneurial mindset in growing their business with Proteus
- Express an openness to work with the Proteus team and grow together

- Fees for executing sales demos
- Commission for each closed sale
How do you join?
To be eligible to join, you must:
- Currently be an Ambassador
- Attend one of the sales training webinars to be hosted in March on our community platform
- Pass the “How to Complete a Sales Demo” test following the sales training webinar
Once you have completed the first three bullets, please submit your application. Note: applications will not be opened until March. We will be notifying all trainers who have been selected for the program in April.
The deadline to submit will be March 29th, 2024.
Important Notes
- Applications for Ambassadors and Affiliates are done in cohorts and are not rolling. If you want to join the program, then join now to secure your spot!
- All trainers who applied for our first cohort of the Ambassador Program last August do not need to re-apply.
